When asking the reception if it was at least possible to get the breakfast in the room, this answer was: we don't do that (which is very surprising for a 4 stars hotel and especially when you're staying in such a suite!), This being said, due to this unexpected situation (no hot water), we would have really appreciated a bit of flexibility from the hotel. Then in the morning, no hot water! Impossible to enjoy the beautiful bath tub or simply take a hot shower. It would have been nice to have an alternative with another restaurant that could have provided F&B to the suite. Since we really wanted to enjoy the suite, we asked if it was possible to get room service. First, when we took the room, we've been told the 2 restaurants were closed. However, we must admit we have been disappointed in regards to the service that was provided. This is the 2nd time we are coming the the Backstage Hotel because we are amazed with the rooms and the architecture of the hotel.
